You are responsible for your bringing your own food and caring for downed game. After we pack you in and get you situated you are left to hunt. HUNT #43 2011 Archery Wilderness Pack-in Hunts. On this hunt we pack into the wilderness to our base camp, deep into the heart of Elk country. The hunting area consists of deep grassy valleys, stands of dark timber, high ridges, and parks of alpine tundra above timberline. Numerous wallows decorate the many secluded basins. Mornings usually include bugling bulls. Afternoons will find you sitting active wallows or high on a ridge glassing elk. All of our guided hunts are 2 hunters per guide and our camps are never overbooked. Even though our camps are extremely remote they are still well outfitted.
