Installing OpenOffice on Windows Vista
Browse to: http://www.openoffice.org
Click "Download now!"
Save the download as: %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\Oo_3.1.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe
Run Oo_3.1.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe on the Desktop
Click [ Next > ] to skip past the introduction
Click [ Unpack ] to use the default 'Destination Folder' for unpacked files
Wait while it unpacks and computes space requirements
Click [ Next > ] to skip past another introduction screen
Click [ Next > ] to accept the default User Name, Organization and install for anyone who uses this computer
Click [ Next > ] to do a complete setup
Click [ Install ] To create a link on the desktop and remove older versions
It may ask you to close applications like 'iexplore.exe'. In that case close Internet Explorer then click [ Retry ]
Click [ Finish ]
